Advertlets: Beware Of Josh Lim Impostors on MyBlogLog
I had read the article and I want to share this info to all of u,
Josh Lim, CEO of Advertlets here. Recently there has been a MyBlogLog profile created, not by me, that uses my picture and name, and has been surfing around quite a bit. As I do check on blogs now on then to read them (because I like reading blogs, of course), and answer any comments that users of our ad network might have (on official Advertlets business), I previously utilized the official Advertlets MyBlogLog profile that is shared among the Advertlets Team as well.
However, given that someone is pretending to be me (and by extension, a representative of the company), its best to clarify. Hence I’ve had to take the trouble to register a new account, and I’ll be surfing with this from now on.
This is my real MyBlogLog profile: (joshlim-advertlets), and you should also take note of the official Advertlets MyBlogLog profile.
Important: We would like to remind bloggers: DO NOT under any circumstance, give anyone your Advertlets account password. We will never ask for your password by e-mail, or through private messaging on ANY system, or social network. In the meantime I’m not sure if anything can be done, but I will be writing to MyBlogLog to see if its possible to flag or delete that fake account.
And to the impostor: You could have (a) not done this, and (b) made better use of your time and (c) chosen a much better photo, really. That’s a terrible photo of me! Seriously though, we suggest you halt this immediately as it may cause confusion among our members and doesn’t reflect well on you either.
