After I read the article from European Power Rankings. I am proud to say that favorite, Arsenal FC not possible to be a power club in Europe. They are top in the league and also in Champion League group.

How its work??
Example: Arsenal
19 points from 7 Premier League games = 2.71 points per game.
Multiplied by league coefficient of five - 2.71 x 5 = 13.57
12 points from 4 Champions League games (including qualifying) = 3 points per game.
Multiplied by European coefficient of five - 15
Total score = 13.33 + 15 = 28.57
